I have been making and self-publishing comics since 2012 and have been fortunate enough to exhibit them at comic arts festivals across the US for nearly a decade. Although I still feel the inner drive to continue expressing myself through them, in recent years my enthusiasm for the medium has waned; it’s true when people say “comics will break your heart”.
